" DQR Wills was very easy to contact, and we appreciated the flexibility of emails and a video appointment. We had done a lot of 'thinking' before the initial free consultation, but we still found the free advice useful to check our understanding and to think about some things from alternative perspectives. We appreciated having an out of hours video appointment, as it would have been very difficult to find a convenient time during the working day due to having a young child to care for in between work commitments. It was was great to get so much done in one go, and then just iron out a few of the details afterwards.
We were very happy with the experience. Emma was very accommodating and flexible around appointments, which really helped us to get this important job finally done. We did not feel rushed when we wanted a bit more time to consider small changes, and Emma was friendly and approachable throughout the whole process."
"Getting a Will written was something we knew we needed to do but kept getting put to the bottom of the to do list.
When we decided to go ahead, I contacted Emma, not really knowing much about Wills, how they are put together or the implications of not having one. She got back to me just a few hours after I left a message. During the initial meeting, she explained the whole process in a way we could understand and discussed our options. We decided to ahead and everything was very straightforward. Emma was extremely helpful and quick to answer any queries we had throughout the process. Due to the current restrictions, the meeting was done over FaceTime- at a time which suited us. I would very much recommend DQR Wills and Probate to anyone (whether you know much about the process or not)."
"The advice we had was easy to understand and helped inform our choices as to what went in our Wills. We were offered an appointment very quickly. Despite adjusting to the current times and not having a face to face meeting we were happy with how it was conducted over FaceTime and would highly recommend DQR Wills."
"Emma at DQR Wills & Probate has been nothing but professional, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The process of getting our Wills written was something we had been putting off for a while but Emma took a lot of time to talk us through it all and she made us think of every eventuality that could arise upon either of our deaths.
Even during this difficult time, she has gone the extra mile to make sure our that wills are in place.
We would highly recommend her service to anybody.!"
"It was very easy to contact DQR Wills. The free advice that was given was enlightening and very informative. We were offered a convenient appointment to suit us and we did not have to wait to be fitted in. Our initial meeting was via Facetime and was very relaxed. We felt very at ease and confident sharing our most personal information with Emma. We would definitely recommend DQR Wills, in fact we have already talked about this with our friends!"
"Very impressed with the friendly service provided by DQR Wills & Probate Ltd during the 2020 virus pandemic, just when we needed them. Everything was handled speedily, professionally and at a safe distance or online. Thank you!"
"Emma at DQR Wills & Probate made the whole process very straightforward. She was incredibly knowledgeable and advised us not only in regards of our current situation, but looking forward to ensure that we have considered all possible outcomes later in life. The process was seamless, especially given the current circumstances with the use of video calls etc. She answered all our questions promptly and we have no doubt that we would use her again for additional services or to make amendments should we need to later. Emma was personable, friendly and very well priced in a competitive market. She was a breath of fresh air in comparison to the last company we used. "
"Emma was very pleasant to deal with, she was very knowledgeable, had lots of advice and was very patient in sometimes difficult conversations. I am very pleased we took the step to make the appointment and couldn’t be happier with service provided."
"I recently contacted Emma at DQR Wills through Facebook to discuss drawing up mirror Wills for myself and my husband. She responded very quickly and gave us a variety of dates and times for an initial consultation. It was so convenient for Emma to be able to visit us in the evening at our home. She clearly explained the whole Will writing process, what we needed to take into consideration and the options available to us. Following this first meeting we had a number of email discussions to ensure we fully understood everything before our Wills were finalised.
I would thoroughly recommend DQR Wills, we were extremely satisfied with the whole experience and are so pleased we finally have our Wills in place."
"I found Emma easy to contact and the free advice she provided was very useful. I was offered an appointment quickly that fit around me.

"Professional and highly recommended. Made the process very easy to understand. "
"My partner and I had been meaning to make our Wills for a long time & Emma from DQR Wills & Probate Ltd made the whole process so easy and straight forward in the comfort of our own home. She explained everything, was extremely professional and above all has given us the peace of mind that our wishes will be carried out and our loved ones taken care of."
"Thank you, Emma for guiding us through the process of mirror Wills and LPAs, your knowledge and patience is impressive. Very efficient turnaround on paperwork too. We can relax knowing that things are organised if life throws a curved ball."
"We have just had our Wills written by DQR Wills & Probate Ltd and I can highly recommend them. Emma brought a wealth of knowledge with her from years of experience and was so professional when asking us the most delicate of questions. It isn't "fun" writing your Will, but Emma's knowledge and outstanding personal skills made it a fascinating and reassuring experience. We can now live knowing that all is in order if the worst were to happen. Thank you."
"You can be assured that you are in safe hands with Emma."

We met with Peter's wife and quickly realised probate would be needed. Peter's wife was quite distressed as she was unable to pay for the funeral. We secured payment of the funeral bill paid from one of Peter's accounts and after six weeks were in a position to apply for the Grant of Letters of Representation. After obtaining the Grant, we were able to transfer the property into the wife's sole name, close the ISA's, obtain tax clearance from HMRC and organise the surviving spousal pension. We also closed down multiple small accounts, a credit card, and transferred utility accounts and Peter's vehicle. Peter's wife was given full accounts detailing every aspect of the estate as well as a weekly update from us.

Rebecca is in her 70s and is getting increasingly worried about what would happen to her if she loses the ability to look after her property or medical requirements. During the initial consultation at Rebecca's home, Emma advised her to draft a single Will as well as two Powers of Attorney. Rebecca made her two children her Attorneys so that they can make decisions on her behalf should she be unable to. This has ensured that the people who care about her the most in the world can quickly make important decisions, rather than having to go through a costly and time consuming Court of Protection case.
